As CEO of Choice Dakin, Damian brings over 25 years of hands-on experience in career transition, leadership development and large-scale organisational change. He’s worked alongside some of Australia’s most complex industries during their toughest moments helping both businesses and people move forward with clarity, empathy and results.
Known for his direct style and real-world insight, Damian started Disruption Circle to cut through the corporate speak and explore what actually works when change gets messy.
