CEO
Founder, strategist and hands-on partner in major transitions 25+ years leading career and organisational change
CEO and Director of Choice Dakin, Damian's experience in organisational change management and career services is focus on building strong relationships, uncovering and understanding organisations’ needs and developing and delivering solutions with maximum effect. He has worked on planning and implementing major change programs with senior management, as well as providing career and change management advice to many senior executives.
Damian is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds an Executive MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Business (AGSM). Damian is also a former Chairman of the CNI Board and a Director of OI Global Partners network, as well as the host of Disruption Circle.
Leadership coach and organisational consultant
Peter has over 40 years’ experience in Executive Search, Recruitment and Career Transition Services. A pioneer in outplacement support, he has worked across the Not-for-Profit, Corporate and Government sectors, recruiting C-Suite and Board-level leaders.
A Fellow of CPA Australia and the Institute of Management Consultants (IMC), Peter is also an active community leader having held roles including President of the Rotary Club of Melbourne, Kingston Heath Golf Club and Powerhouse Amateur Football Club.

Geralyn is our Client Success Manager. She is the glue between our clients, their employees and the Choice Dakin organisation. She makes things happens. She ensures all of your employees are met with a smiling face and a warm introduction to. She connects your employees to their coaches and the Choice Dakin Development platform.
Geralyn is an experienced and highly capable member of our team. She uses her initiative and experience to ensure the customer journey is seamless and allows our clients to enjoy peace of mind knowing their employees are receiving the support they require as they undertake their transition journey.

Merran is the Director of OI Partners and Associate at Choice Dakin with deep expertise in recruitment, executive search, team development and career transition.

Andrew is a Partner at OI Partners and Associate at Choice Dakin with extensive experience in executive search, recruitment and HR consulting.
A CPA-qualified accountant, he spent 14 years at IBM Australia in senior finance, commercial and business development roles, including leading global bid teams and acquisition integrations. He later founded and led Hinton Talent Solutions, a boutique executive search firm.
Andrew specialises in research-based executive search and HR advisory across sectors including agribusiness, manufacturing, maritime, water, government and not-for-profit.

Alexa is experienced in supporting a broad and diverse range of stakeholders, including clients in fast-paced commercial and professional environments.
